What's needed before the 1st practice

1. Needed by first practice: 

   ​

   1. $60 Fee - reduced fee calculated online, Rights & Responsibilities, Code of Conduct, Concussion Form, Medical Release, Physical (Clearance Form) – CANNOT practice if you do not have a current physical

   ​

2. Parent handbook and agreement - signature at the end of the handbook

Impact Test

• Required for everyone to take with our trainer in regard to a concussion. If you completed one for a fall sports, you do not need to take again. Any player that hasn’t completed the impact test will be required to take it. This will be done in the library sometime in the beginning of the season

 

Fundraiser: Free-Throw Fund Raiser – starts the first week of practice­

•  - GOAL: $120 per player goal - One check written to Mandan Boys Basketball

•  - Any player that is a member of the Mandan Boys Basketball club will recieve a $30 credit towards their fundraiser

•  - Each player will receive team travel gear

•  - Freshman and any new players will also get a practice jersey
